Cellared publishes a curated set of cellar-worthy wines each week. The catalog grows steadily. If your wine is not yet in the public guide, you can still track it inside the Cellared app, where the same model runs against the full database.

The Cellared Ageability Index uses up to ten bottle-specific inputs and keeps missing information unscored. The output is a range with a shape (open, peak start, peak end, close), not a single exact date.
