Delete your Cellared account

You can permanently delete your Cellared account and associated app data from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete from the app

Open Cellared and go to Profile -> Your Data -> Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm before permanently deleting your account.

Request deletion by email

Email support@cellared.ai from the email address on your Cellared account, or include the account email in your request. We will respond and process deletion within 30 days.

Account deletion removes your account profile, cellar records, bottles, tasting notes, sommelier conversation history, household membership data, notification settings, and related app records tied to your Cellared account.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment reconciliation, tax, or support audit purposes. Subscription billing history is managed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat under their respective terms.
